Health Suite

Luxury Health Suite in South Wales - Open 11am until 9.00pm

Pamper yourself in our relaxing health suite. The suite comes complete with heated loungers, heated floor and steam room. There is also a separate room with commercial sauna cabin. Our Health Suite is open from 11am until 9pm, 7 days a week. Non-residents are welcome and charged at £8.95/per hour. Please notify us 30 minutes before you arrive. 14-17 year olds need to be accompanied by a responsible adult. Please note: The health suite closes at 9pm.

Massage

  • We are delighted to offer deep tissue massage at The Lion. Please note that this will need to be booked in advance and will depend on availability. Deep tissue massage: £45 for 40 minutes - £65 for 1 hour
  • Shared experience: For couples, family or groups of friends! To get started, when booking 2 massages together, only £120 and includes 60 minute massage and use of the steam room and relax on the heated loungers!
